A: It’s completely up to you! You can be home or provide us with entry instructions if you’re away.

A: We currently provide services in Lexington, KY, within 25 minutes of the 40517 area. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, feel free to reach out!

A: Yes! We bring all necessary non-toxic cleaning products and equipment. If you choose not to use our supplies, please note that we cannot guarantee the same level of quality.

A: You are not required to put anything away before your cleaning. However, if there is a lot of clutter or tidying required, please note that it may make the appointment take longer.

A: Our pricing is $40 per service hour per cleaner, with a $120 minimum. You only pay for the time we spend cleaning, and there are no add-on fees.

A: We accept cash, check, Zelle, CashApp, and Venmo. Payment is preferred by the end of service but is due by the end of the day.

A: We do not offer discounts.

A: Yes. We have a $20 late fee if payment is not received within 48 hours of service, after a reminder text is sent the following day.

A: Yes. We have a $50 lockout fee if we are unable to access the house at the appointment time. We will wait 15 minutes before leaving. The lockout fee must be paid prior to rescheduling.

A: We have no cancellation fees. If anyone in the house has been sick within the last 24 hours, we kindly ask that you cancel your appointment. We will do the same if anyone on our team is unwell.

A: We take great care in every home, but if anything is accidentally damaged, please notify us right away so we can address it.

A: We are not liable for any damages caused by using products against our recommendations. We highly recommend using our eco-friendly, non-toxic products to ensure the best results.

A: Yes, we do. We do not climb higher than a 3-step stool. We will not move heavy furniture or appliances, and we do not take anything apart that would need to be reassembled. Your safety and ours are very important!

A: Yes! We are pet-friendly, but please be aware that we are not responsible if loose pets dirty cleaned areas. Also, any aggressive pets must be locked up upon our arrival.
